One character design assignment was to design a toy and reveal what their personality was when they would come alive as opposed to lifeless/in the presence of humans.
The toy I designed is a raggedy ann/polly/la-la-loopsy-type doll that is fairly neglected by the tomboy to whom she belongs. The girl loves cars and is much more interested in playing with them, so the doll's character is rather resentful and grumpy.
